STUDIO GUIDELINES

Thank you for helping us create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone at the studio!

Follow the directions of the instructors, please do not attempt poses they have not instructed.
Please set your phone to silent when you enter the studio and do not take calls/texts during class.
Take breaks and make modifications as needed.
Please leave shoes and personal items in a cubby or locker room.
Please stay in the room unless there is an emergency.
Do not leave the room once Final Relaxation has begun.
