Move through a challenging series of core exercises while utilizing small props in the hot room. You’ll experience a full body workout with extreme focus on core muscles in just 45 minutes.

Join us for a challenging and energetic 45 minute ride on our state of the art Schwinn AC Performance bikes. This class will lead you through a ride full of climbs, sprints, intervals, and more.
