Assistant to the VP of Studio Development and Growth

Full Time • Remote

Body Alive is seeking a highly motivated recent college graduate located in the Cincinnati area to work directly with our VP of Studio Development & Growth. This role will assist with projects as needed, learn the backend of Body Alive’s operations, and support initiatives focused on the continued growth and development of the company. We’re looking for someone who is organized, eager to learn, passionate about Body Alive, ready to work hard, take on new challenges, and grow alongside the company.  

AI & Automation Engineer

Full Time • Remote

Body Alive is seeking a Full-Stack AI & Automation Engineer to build custom software, database infrastructure, and AI-driven communication systems across our studio network. Working directly with leadership, you will design custom backend services, manage relational/vector databases, and construct intelligent chatbots to automate customer interactions across SMS, email, and web.

Maintenance Manager

Full Time • Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky

Body Alive is looking for a hardworking, motivated Maintenance Manager to support our rapidly growing studio network while also working directly as an assistant to our VP of Construction & Buildout. This is a hands-on, in-studio role that will travel between Body Alive studios, handle maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our studios operating at the highest level. This person will also manage and coordinate our part-time handymen and outside contractors, assist with new studio projects and site visits, and jump in wherever needed to get the job done.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, organized, a strong problem solver, and ready to work hard, learn, travel, and grow with Body Alive. Experience in maintenance, construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general trades is a plus.

Starting Salary: $70,000 with the opportunity to grow and earn $100,000+ as you take on more responsibility and advance with Body Alive. Come grow with us!
