Work your legs, core, arms and endurance by joining us for a breakdown of key exercises in this day of FUN! Working alongside your Body Alive community you will better understand how to effectively practice within the classes you take, and have the opportunity to explore what it’s like to be a Body Alive Instructor! Members – $50, Non-Members – $75.
