Beginner Hot Power Yoga
Here at Body Alive, we believe in building your practice from the ground up. Our Beginner Hot Power Yoga class is designed with a focus on building the connection between breath and movement, while incorporating foundational yoga poses. Open to all levels of practice, you’ll be sure to get a great sweat with this high energy, alignment-based class!

Open Level Hot Power Yoga
Our Hot Power Yoga classes are just that: Powerful. Designed to build heat from the inside out, students will be guided through poses that will increase stamina, strength, and flexibility. Paired with music to keep you motivated along the way, our Hot Power Yoga classes will leave you feeling energized and strong. We offer modifications for every level of practice and welcome all students to flow, and grow with us.
