200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Recognized by the Yoga Alliance, Body Alive’s 200 hour certification is an inspirational walk through the world of asana (yoga posture) and the deeper roots of yoga from a historical and philosophical perspective. Meet lifelong friends and learn tools to live your most beautiful life in this 8 Saturday, program that balances online curriculum with in person hours.
THE FORMAT.
Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed with a flexible hybrid format that combines the energy of in-person learning with the convenience of virtual study. You’ll complete 80 hours of immersive in-person training, where you’ll deepen your practice, build teaching skills, and connect with your community face-to-face. The remaining 120 hours are completed through non-synchronous virtual learning, allowing you to move through coursework, lectures, and assignments on your own schedule while still receiving a comprehensive and supportive training experience.


THE SCHEDULE.
Training Saturdays run from 8:00 AM–7:30 PM with (1) 30-minute break & (1) 60-minute lunch break at Body Alive Kenwood.

THE PRICING.
Member pricing is $2,000 and includes a discounted membership throughout training, excluding promotions. Non-member pricing is $3,000.
A $50 application fee will be charged upon submission of your application. The remaining balance will be charged on October 1. If your application is not accepted, the $50 application fee will be refunded.

Steph Bain, Co-Creator & Master Trainer of Body Alive
Steph is an ERYT 500 YACEP with the Yoga Alliance, and is certified through ACE as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Health Coach, and has completed her training in Pilates Mat through Pilates Unlimited. She trained for years in dance and completed many various fitness certifications, in addition to training multiple styles of yoga, and nutrition.
