Hot Yoga Movement

This fun yoga class incorporates all the strength building exercises and familiar postures of a regular yoga class while including movement in a number of these activities.  Runner’s lunges will flow, Warrior 2s will include dynamic movement, planks will have additional movements etc.  This class will build your flexibility and strength like all yoga classes, while allowing you to enjoy a musical flow that you can take at the pace that’s comfortable for you!

*Must be 16 years or older to participate in Barre classes. Ages 13 and up must have a parent or guardian present.
