Hot Body Challenge is rated Cincinnati’s best group fitness class. This workout is unlike any other and is designed to tone and strengthen muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance and core strength. During this 45 minute, high-intensity class, expect to lunge, kick, squat, and punch your way to your strongest self. Aerobic and anaerobic cardio matched to motivating music will get your heart rate soaring and keep you feeling strong all day long! The class consists of 65% strength work and 35% cardio in combination with instructors’ props of choice, held in our heated studio (102 degrees with 40% humidity).
