STUDIO GUIDELINES
Thank you for helping us create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone at the studio!
- Follow the directions of the instructors, please do not attempt poses they have not instructed.
- Please set your phone to silent when you enter the studio and do not take calls/texts during class.
- Take breaks and make modifications as needed.
- Please leave shoes and personal items in a cubby or locker room.
- Please stay in the room unless there is an emergency.
- Do not leave the room once Final Relaxation has begun.
