This sweaty 45 minute class pumps up the volume, incorporating strength moves with cardio blasts (on your mat, barefoot). Using props, hand weights and your body’s resistance this class will increase your cardiovascular endurance as well as your muscle strength. Students will work at their current fitness level, making this class appropriate for all levels. Incorporating this class will help your functional strength for our other classes in addition to being an amazing workout all on its own!
*Must be 16 years or older to participate. Ages 13 and up must have a parent or guardian present.
