Hot Yoga and Cycle Instructor

I started practicing yoga years ago when I was working through an injury. Day after day I came to my mat to feel better. Not only did I heal my body with my physical practice, but I found an unexpected sense of peace, confidence, self acceptance, and balance that I had never known before. Yoga is so much more than what we can do physically. It is the balance of mind and body through breath that I love!! Ok… so the physical part is pretty awesome too!!!! I’m lucky to have the amazing opportunity to help students experience all the physical benefits yoga offers, while also helping them create a strong mind-body connection. The results are strength, flexibility, and balance both on and off the mat. Sember is a 200 hour RYT and has completed Baptiste Level One – Journey into Power.
