Our Hot Power Yoga classes are a fitness-based yoga class that will help you increase your stamina, strength, flexibility, as well as stress reduction. This class is great for all levels, beginners to advanced, and promised to get a great sweat and feel energized afterwards.
Pilates is a method of exercise which emphasizes balanced muscle development through core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Mat Pilates borrows from disciplines such as dance, yoga and classic calisthenics. Expect to move through a challenging series of core exercises while utilizing small props in the hot room. You’ll experience a full-body workout with extreme focus on core muscles in just 45 minutes.
Our Yoga Sculpt class is the perfect blend of power yoga and strength training. Designed for yogis and fitness gurus alike, students will practice foundational yoga poses while intermittently incorporating free weights to increase the challenge.
