Our Hot Power Yoga classes are a fitness-based yoga class that will help you increase your stamina, strength, flexibility, as well as stress reduction. This class is great for all levels, beginners to advanced, and promised to get a great sweat and feel energized afterwards.
Pilates is a method of exercise which emphasizes balanced muscle development through core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Mat Pilates borrows from disciplines such as dance, yoga and classic calisthenics. Expect to move through a challenging series of core exercises while utilizing small props in the hot room. You’ll experience a full-body workout with extreme focus on core muscles in just 45 minutes.
In this fitness class, you will challenge your strength, core, and flexibility with a combination of yoga postures and free weights. Your fitness instructor will mix in strength-training moves like squats, lunges, bicep curls, and more to help you build strength and long, lean muscles. Come get a great workout as we move to upbeat music and stretch it all out to finish.
