Class formats I teach: I teach hot mat Pilates and hot barre at the Kenwood location and love the energy and sense of community that it brings me.

What brings me ALIVE: Sunshine, laughter, and a good beat drop bring me alive, and I have so much fun creating the playlists for my class.

My favorite song: My favorite song is Reckless by Gareth Emery, but I’m really a fan of all electronic music because of how it builds you up for the drop….goosebumps.

Fun Fact: fun fact about me is that I was a 7th grade math teacher for 9 years and planned on becoming a principal until I had kids and chose to go down a different path. I wouldn’t have it any other way!
