This yoga class starts with active warming yoga postures and moves into a flow that works from pose to pose (vinyasa style), progressively building your endurance. Hot Vinyasa Flow is a continuously moving class that helps you to deeply focus, improve your flexibility, increase your strength and work on breath connection as you link posture to posture.
*Must be 16 years or older to participate in heated classes unassisted. Ages 13 and up must have a parent or guardian present.
