Our 45 or 60 minute Body Fusion classes provide a TOTAL BODY workout designed to tone and lengthen muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance, and promote overall wellness. Our instructors will inspire you through a high energy class, utilizing interval training to get your heart pumping and the sweat flowing. *Gym Shoes are recommended for extra support during the high impact intervals. Hand weights are optional, but not provided. Please come prepared with your own props.*
*Must be 16 years or older to participate in classes. Ages 13 and up must have a parent or guardian present.
