1.)Tell us about yourself:
I fell in love with Irish Dance when I was five years old and danced for 12 years. I went to High School at Mount Notre Dame and am going into my senior year at Xavier University (but I still have no idea what I want to be when I grow up!) My absolutely adore my family and love watermelon, sunflowers, dancing around my house and coffee dates (especially with Lauren Mikhail!)
2.) How long have you been coming to Yoga Alive?:
Since last August!
3.) Tell us something we don’t know:
I am a Girls On The Run Coach and head over heels in love with the girls and the program!

“There is no set path, just follow your heart.”

6.) Advice to someone coming to Yoga Alive for their first time?:
I have met an incredible group of inspirational people, from instructors to members, and my life is brighter and fuller because I have gotten to know them! No matter where you are coming from YA will welcome you with open arms and push you to become a better version of yourself!
7.) What are the biggest changes you have noticed in yourself since you have been coming to Yoga Alive?:
Besides, loving the community and meeting a great group of friends, I remember to take time for myself and to breathe! I can carry that with me no matter where I am.
