Of course, there are tons of amazing songs that can make up a great workout playlist – but not all playlists are created equal, especially when it comes to Hot Power Yoga. There are songs that energize, songs that uplift, and sometimes, songs that get your in your feels – all in one 60 minute playlist. It’s a science and our instructors have got it down.
