Berry Green Smoothie

Need a healthy and nutritious way to start your morning? Or how about a refreshing smoothie after you break that sweat in the studio?  With this simple recipe from, you are only 5 minutes away from a yummy treat.   You can also freeze your favorite ingredients in a Ziploc bag so you are ready to just toss straight in the blender!

Berry Green Smoothie


  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats

1 tablespoon sugar, or more, to taste


  • Combine spinach, blueberries, raspberries, banana, milk, oats, sugar and 1 cup ice in blender until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
