How long have you been a member at Body Alive?

I started taking classes in 2015 (4 years ago) when I moved back to Cincinnati after college. I was use to playing sports all my life, and later was introduced to group fitness classes at University of Dayton’s Rec Center. I wanted to find a studio that not only was affordable, but offered a variety of classes that kicked my a$$. A friend introduced me to Body Alive and I’ve been hooked ever since!

Favorite class at Body Alive?

Body Fusion! I love combining both strength and cardio in my workout routine, all while having fun. The music is what makes it great and fly by fast – definitely expect to sweat!

Favorite thing about being a part of the Body Alive team?

I’ve never met a more passionate, hard-working group of individuals who selflessly support each other in order to take our studio experience to the next level. Our team brings creativity and high energy each and every time they teach, making students truly feel more alive.
