What sparked your interest in health and fitness??
I have always been very active but more importantly, I’ve always been inspired by movement. I grew up in a dance studio and it set the foundation for my love of teaching fitness classes.
When you’re not at Body Alive, where can we find you?
Probably cooking with my husband. We LOVE to cook. Well, we really just love to eat.
What makes you feel alive?
Standing in front of a class, mic on, music loud and watching people push to be a better version of themselves. There’s nothing more inspiring than this!
