Crestview Hills Assistant Manager 

Body Alive Crestview Hills is opening September 16 and looking for members to add to our team! We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager with a passion for health and fitness.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Clean and stock designated areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, etc.)
  • Maintain laundry service throughout the day (washing yoga towels, cleaning mats, etc.)
  • Help with customer service at the front desk (checking students in, assisting with client purchases, etc.)
  • Communicate with current and potential customers on a daily basis in the studio and over the phone
  • Understand current promotions and discounts in order to work with clients on pricing options
  • Communicate with customers about policies and procedures concerning their Body Alive accounts

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

  • Monday and Wednesday
    • 5pm – 9pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
    • 3:30pm – 7:30pm
  • Saturday
    • 7am – 12pm
  • Sunday
    • 8:30am – 12pm

  • Ability to multi-task and manage client concerns
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
