Cincinnati Operations Coordinator

  • Class Schedule
    • Manage class schedule at all 4 Cincinnati area locations
    • Communicate with instructors to fill classes that need subs
  • Film Schedule
    • Manage filming schedule for filmed sessions at any of the 4 Cincinnati area locations
    • Coordinate with students to ensure that we have two participants for each filmed class
    • Communicate with Joy to ensure that we are prioritizing the appropriate class formats
  • Training Schedule
    • Coordinate the training schedule for new applicants and existing teachers
    • Communicate effectively with trainers to ensure their training schedule aligns with their other responsibilities
  • Recruiting
    • Manage applications that are submitted by potential new instructors or other Body Alive roles available at that time
    • Screen new applicants over video conference call to determine whether they have the potential to be a good fit
    • Coordinate with new applicants on demo submission
    • Communicate with the training team once demo is submitted
    • Provide feedback to applicant to determine next steps in the hiring process
  • Marketing
    • Assists Marketing Manager with updating in-studio marketing (TV graphics, fliers, etc.)
    • Assists Marketing Manager with content (pictures/videos while at the studio)
  • Studio Coordinating
    • Assists studio managers in overseeing that all studios are running smoothly
    • Serve as point of contact between all 4 Cincinnati area studios
  • Maintenance
    • Works closely with the maintenance team in the event that issues arise at the studio
