Our Cardio Alive classes are a complete body workout designed to strengthen your cardiovascular system, tone and lengthen your muscles, and assist with balance and flexibility.  Let’s get your heart rate and body moving!

Hot Body Challenge

Hot Body Challenge is the definition of high-energy, hot fitness! In our most challenging heated class, you’ll work every muscle, break a serious sweat, and push yourself to your limits in this high-intensity strength training class. You’ll quickly discover why it’s called Challenge!

In-Studio Room Temperature: 102 Degrees / 40 % Humidity

* Hand weights are optional, but not provided. Please come prepared with your own props.*

*Must be 16 years or older to participate in heated classes. Ages 14 and up must have a parent or guardian present

Body Fusion

Our 45 or 60 minute Body Fusion classes provide a TOTAL BODY workout designed to tone and lengthen muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance, and promote overall wellness. Our instructors will inspire you through a high energy class, utilizing interval training to get your heart pumping and the sweat flowing. Squats, kicks, punches, burpees, and more will challenge you to become the strongest version of yourself. Ready, set, SWEAT with our Body Fusion classes!

*Gym Shoes are recommended for extra support during the high impact intervals. Hand weights
are optional, but not provided. Please come prepared with your own props.*

What To Bring

Bring a mat, small towel, water, and comfortable clothes.  Shoes are required for HIIT and Fusion.  No shoes are required for Bounce, but you should wear socks that have a non-slip sole (we do sell them at the studio).

Heat / Humidity

Our Cardio Alive room is kept at a nice 72º-76º F with no humidity.

Our hot studio is kept at 102 degrees and 40 percent humidity. It can take up to five classes to find where your edge really is with the hot practice. We encourage beginners to learn this about themselves gently by taking it easy for up to five classes to allow their bodies to acclimate.
