Our Cardio Alive classes are a complete body workout designed to strengthen your cardiovascular system, tone and lengthen your muscles, and assist with balance and flexibility.  Let’s get your heart rate and body moving!

Body Fusion

Our 45 or 60 minute Body Fusion classes provide a TOTAL BODY workout designed to tone and lengthen muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance, and promote overall wellness. Our instructors will inspire you through a high energy class, utilizing interval training to get your heart pumping and the sweat flowing. Squats, kicks, punches, burpees, and more will challenge you to become the strongest version of yourself. Ready, set, SWEAT with our Body Fusion classes!

*Gym Shoes are recommended for extra support during the high impact intervals. Hand weights
are optional, but not provided. Please come prepared with your own props.*

*Must be 16 years or older to participate in classes. Ages 13 and up must have a parent or
guardian present.

What To Bring

Bring a mat, small towel, water, and comfortable clothes.  Shoes are required for HIIT and Fusion.  No shoes are required for Bounce, but you should wear socks that have a non-slip sole (we do sell them at the studio).

Heat / Humidity

Our Cardio Alive room is kept at a nice 72º-76º F with no humidity.

What To Expect

Our Cardio Alive classes will get right into it and get your heart rate moving.  Instructors will utilize hand weights, resistance bands, and other props so you can challenge yourself to a complete body workout.
