What To Bring

Water, small towel, water, grippy socks, and comfortable clothes. No shoes are required for this class, but you should wear socks that have a non-slip sole (we do sell them at the studio).

Heat / Humidity

Our Bounce! room is kept at a nice 72º-76º F with no humidity.

What To Expect

A high intensity class with low impact that will get your heart rate soaring. You will switch between cardio and strength for a great interval workout and are guaranteed to break a sweat. Instructors will utilize hand weights so you can challenge yourself to a complete body workout.
