ALIGNMENT YOGA

This class is specifically designed to teach participants the skills of controlling alignment and coordination, using traditional yoga movements as the foundation activity.

An emphasis is placed on providing sufficient time for gaining an awareness and understanding of patterns of postural interferences, and to experience healthier ways of moving and responding.

People with back pain, scoliosis, muscle strain, who want to reduce the frequency and intensity of symptoms will benefit, as well as those recovering from injury who wish to resume exercise as soon as possible in a safe way.

Classes are offered both in the hot studio and the unheated studio.
