Why I love teaching:

I love helping people connect with their bodies through movement. Our body is such a gift to us and it’s important that we treat it kindly. I feel blessed that I get to help people on their journey to better health.

How fitness has changed my life:

Fitness has changed my life because it allows me to do the things I do! When I challenge my body, I am also challenging my mind. I’ve been able to reach my goals and push past limits I set for myself all thanks to moving my body regularly.

I love the community and energy at Body Alive! I’m grateful to be part of such an amazing team.
